Hi, I’m Benaiah.

Before real estate, I was a secondary school teacher after graduating from the National University of Singapore (NUS). I spent seven meaningful years in education, and those years shaped how I serve my clients today with patience, clarity, and a genuine desire to see people grow.

In 2013, while searching for my first home, something changed. What started as a simple property search became a genuine passion. I found myself studying floor plans late into the night, comparing price charts, understanding entry prices, and analysing long term growth potential. I eventually purchased a dual key unit in an Executive Condo and rented out the studio for five years.

That experience taught me something I now share with all my clients.

In 2017, I took a leap of faith and entered real estate full time. It wasn’t just a career switch. It was a calling. By God’s grace, I’ve since had the privilege of helping many families move forward confidently in their property journey, whether it is purchasing their first home, restructuring their portfolio, transitioning to a larger space, or positioning themselves for investment.

I am especially passionate about helping families find the right property journey for their stage of life. Many homeowners feel uncertain about their next step until we sit down together, go through the numbers carefully, and uncover opportunities in the market. Often, there are price gaps between different segments that create strategic entry points. With proper planning and clarity, what once felt out of reach becomes achievable.

I am very intentional and strategic when it comes to analysis and numbers. I study entry prices against surrounding transactions, upcoming supply and competition, demand drivers and buyer profiles, as well as timing windows where value can be captured. I believe decisions should be guided by data, not emotions or market noise.

Sometimes the opportunity is not about buying the most expensive property. It is about recognising inefficiencies in the market and positioning early. I have helped clients transition from one property to a stronger position with minimal additional cash outlay simply by identifying these price gaps ahead of the crowd.

In 2023, I applied the same framework to my own portfolio and purchased a second property that I believed was undervalued. Within a year, its value increased by six figures. Not because of luck, but because of disciplined analysis, timing, and prudent risk management.
